Whole brain superior surface

The superior surface of the brain is primarily the superolateral surface of the cerebrum, the largest part of the brain, characterized by a deeply folded outer layer called the cerebral cortex. This extensive surface, comprising the frontal, parietal, and parts of the temporal and occipital lobes, faces the inside of the skull's vault and is responsible for functions like thought, voluntary movement, and sensory processing.
