Description

The inferior surface of the brain is its bottom surface, which includes parts of the frontal, temporal and occipital lobes of the cerebrum, the brainstem, and the cerebellum. Key features include the Circle of Willis, orbital gyri and olfactory sulcus on the frontal lobe, the tentorial surface with the collateral and parahippocampal gyri, and the midbrain, pons, medulla and cranial nerves visible below the cerebrum.
